Arch.Hive combines thoughtful architecture with practical detailing —giving you the look and feel of a bespoke home, without the delays, uncertainty, or cost overruns of the traditional process.
During our time running a design and build company focused on architectural homes, we saw a recurring problem.
Clients had invested time and money with an architect only to find that there final plans were well beyond their budget —forcing clients to start over. This is why we started Arch.Hive.
We also had bespoke elements during projects introduce variations and charge-up items, creating a disconnect between expectations & reality — making the process difficult to manage for the client & builder. We have now moved out of construction and focusing on our strengths and passion which is design and architecture. We will leave the construction to well established companies.
